Are the resort pools open?
Yes, all of our pools are open.
What food & beverage options are available at the resort?
Red’s Restaurant & Lounge is currently open daily for dine in, take out, and bar seating. Click here for more information.
Is the fitness center open?
Yes, our fitness center is open.
Do you have to wear a mask at the resort?
Following the federal guidelines and for the safety of our guests and team members, we ask that you wear a mask in all public spaces. Masks may only be removed when in your guest room or when eating or drinking.
Will stay-over housekeeping service be offered during my stay?
No, at this time, we are not offering stay-over housekeeping service. Extra towels, linens, bath amenities, etc. are available on request.
What else should I know prior to arrival?
We have a number of items that will be available to you upon request. Give the front desk a call and we’ll happily deliver them to your guestroom.

What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM
What do I need in order to check in?

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
Yes, one parking space is included in each room reserved. An additional parking space can be reserved for $45.
What is hotel's deposit policy?
A one night’ deposit is taken at the time of booking.
Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day all deposits will be refunded in full with a 21 day notice or you forfeit the one night’s deposit. Outside of this window we require a 7 day notice for a full refund or the one night’s deposit will be forfeited.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, checks and major credit cards
What type of in room technology can I expect?
High definite cable flatscreen television & Wifi

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

What is the minimum age requirement to check into the room?
18 years old
Do you offer in-room dining? What are the hours?
No, but we do allow take out at Red’s and the take out window.
Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
Yes there is a small fenced area outside where we allow smoking on property.
Everywhere else, including rooms, are non-smoking.
Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
Yes, pets are allowed in 2 buildings of our guestrooms (fireplace kings and ground-level double rooms in building 1).
The cost of having a pet stay with you is $200. A maximum of two pets is allowed per guest.
Do you have pet-free guestrooms for those with allergies?
Yes all other rooms besides those designated for pets.
Will your rooms allow rollaway beds/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
We have rollaways available at $25/day and pack and plays are complimentary.

What is there to do around the hotel?
The hotel is located in a residential area, however local restaurants and shops are a 10 minute ride from the hotel.
Can I store my luggage before or after I check out?
