COVID-19 Cancellation Policy Adjustment

In light of recent events, Sea Crest Beach Hotel is making a change to the way existing reservations have traditionally been handled. Reservations arriving prior to June 30, 2020 may be changed or canceled at no charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival. If you do cancel your current plans, we hope that you'll consider joining us at a more convenient date this year.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is 4 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m.

Parking

Complimentary parking is available. Additional vehicles cost $40 per night during peak season (Memorial Day-Labor Day).

Deposit Policy

A deposit equal to the first night room rate plus tax will be charged at the time of booking. Additional Add-On items do not include tax or gratuity and will not be charged in advance.

Cancellations and Modifications

Reservations arriving May 1 through October 31 may cancel or modify your reservation up to 21 days prior to the 4 p.m. check-in time on the day of your arrival. Changes or cancellations of your reservation made within the 21-day period will result in a forfeit of your deposit. All cancellations incur a $50 cancel fee.

Reservations arriving November 1 through April 30 may cancel or modify your reservation up to 7 days prior to the 4 p.m. check-in time on the day of your arrival. Changes or cancellations of your reservation made within the 7-day period will result in a forfeit of your deposit. All cancellations incur a $25 cancel fee.

Resort Fee

Guests arriving May 1 through October 31 will incur a $30 per night hotel resort fee.

In-season resort fee includes:

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi
  • On-site parking
  • In-room coffee and tea
  • 24-hour business center with printer
  • Kids' activity calendar - offered daily
  • Access to the indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, and kid wave pool
  • Access to the fitness center
  • Access to the hotel's private beach
  • Use of hotel's beach towels for the beach and pool
  • Use of hotel's chairs and umbrellas
  • Access to the arcade
  • 10% off on-site spa services
  • On-site concierge

Guests arriving November 1 through April 30 will incur a $15 per night hotel resort fee.

  • Complimentary on-site parking
  • In-room coffee and tea
  • 24-hour business center with printer
  • Access to the indoor pool and hot tub
  • Access to the fitness center
  • Access to the arcade

All of our accommodations are smoke-free.

Pet Policy

Pet dogs are welcome in our pet-friendly building (building 1). When making a reservation, please request a pet unit.
