Mary Allen, Conference Services Manager
Mary has been planning events at the Sea Crest Beach Hotel since May 2016. She started as a Catering Sales Intern and quickly moved into the Conference Planning position when one became available. Mary's attention to detail and customer service make her an asset to the Sea Crest Beach Hotel.
She is a member of the Cape Cod Young Professionals (CCYP), and participates in the Mid-Cape Relay for Life, and Boston's Miles for Melanoma.
Favorite thing about event planning: I love when the client arrives on property and you see all of your months of planning with them come together to form a successful event. When they are happy, it makes me happy!
Favorite thing about living on Cape Cod: I love crossing over the bridge after being away, and having the feeling of "I'm home."
Favorite hobbies: Reading, writing, watching movies and walking the beaches of Cape Cod at night.

Danielle Barber, CMP, Director of Sales
Danielle brings more than 20 years of experience to Sea Crest Beach Hotel. Passionate about association and corporate meetings and exhibitions. Danielle’s knowledge of Cape Cod and destination management have helped bring hundreds of events to life for her clients. She works with national and regional associations as well as some key corporate accounts to help make their meetings successful. Her background in meeting and conference management blended with experience in hotel operations make her an asset to the Sea Crest sales team.
Danielle is a Certified Meeting Professional, a member of the New England Society of Association Executives (NE/SAE), and is a Board of Director with the Cape Cod Canal Region Chamber of Commerce. She earned a B.S. from Johnson and Wales University.
Favorite thing about event planning: I love being able to bring unique groups to an amazing destination to execute a successful conference.
Favorite thing about living on Cape Cod: I enjoy spending time with my two, young children on Sandy Neck Beach, and admiring the incredible sunsets.
Favorite hobbies: Traveling, watching football and enjoying amazing food and wine
Caitlin Concannon, Sales Manager
Caitlin Concannon brings seven years of experience to Sea Crest Beach Hotel. Passionate about event planning, Caitlin's keen attention to detail and top-notch customer service have helped bring hundreds of events to life for her clients. Caitlin works with weddings and social events. Her background in event management blended with experience in wedding planning make her an asset to the Sea Crest Catering sales team. She moved into group sales at Sea Crest in early 2018.

Favorite thing about event planning: I love developing relationships with the bride and groom. It is a pleasure to see them walk down the aisle and enjoy their special day!
Favorite thing about living on Cape Cod: The sunsets!

Julie Consoletti, Catering Sales Manager
Julie brings four years of experience with planning and executing events within the hospitality industry. She focuses on weddings, reunions, among other gatherings, at Sea Crest. Her passion for connecting with her customers allows her to turn every vision into a unique celebration.
Her expertise in new business development gives her the skills to develop strong relationships with potential customers turning them into lifelong partners for all of their memorable events.
Favorite thing about event planning: Seeing the face of a bride when you've helped turn her wedding dreams into a reality.
Favorite thing about living on Cape Cod: Every road leads to the ocean!
Favorite hobbies: Clamming, boating, dining out, and trips to Martha's Vineyard.

Jennifer Keys, Senior Catering Manager
Jennifer brings 10 years of experience to Sea Crest's wedding and events team, including five years with Sea Crest Beach Hotel. Her desire to make every wedding or social event flawless and stress-free have brought clients back year after year to celebrate other life milestones.
Her background in culinary arts as a graduate of Johnson & Wales University has given her the ability to customize any event to her clients' utmost expectations. Jennifer's extensive experience makes her a valuable member of the Sea Crest team.
Favorite thing about event planning: The bond that I form with my clients through lots of laughter and detailing. I love when they visit year after year on anniversaries or with their new babies!
Favorite thing about living on Cape Cod: The beautiful beaches and bike paths that my daughter and I enjoy all year long.
Favorite hobbies: Cooking with my daughter, running, reading, or exploring new places.

Ellie MacKenzie-Tennant, Sales Manager
Ellie has been in the hospitality business for more than 40 years. Most of her career has been at Sea Crest Beach Hotel in several capacities. She has extensive experience in three major departments at the hotel, including food and beverage and conference planning, that provided invaluable background experience for her move to sales 20 years ago.
Ellie has been a member of several organizations throughout her career including The Cape Cod Hospitality and Marketing Association, the Falmouth Chamber Tourism Committee, and a Board Member of the Cape Cod Canal Region Chamber of Commerce for six years.
Favorite thing about event planning: Forming lasting relationships with clients and ensuring that their events are successful.
Favorite thing about living on Cape Cod: I am blessed to live on Cape Cod and never tire of the beauty the area has to offer! I enjoy shell fishing with my husband, watching the amazing sunsets over Old Silver Beach, exploring the Cape and other regions, and most of all, sharing all of the above with family.
Favorite hobbies: Traveling to broaden my horizons, spending quality time with my family including 12 (soon-to-be 13) grandchildren, and reading historical novels.

Colleen Reilly, Conference Services Manager
Colleen came to Sea Crest Beach Hotel’s conference planning team in March 2016 from the world of philanthropic event coordination. With her fellow conference planners, she helps bring hundreds of events to life each year. From small business meetings to large multi-day conferences, her previous experience in hospitality has given her the ability to go above and beyond to ensure a successful event for her clients.
Colleen currently serves as a co-chair of the Events Committee for the Cape Cod Young Professionals. She also lends her time and skill set to many local and national non-profits, including the local American Legion and Make-A-Wish Foundation of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Favorite thing about event planning: I love establishing connections with my clients, and helping to develop the creativity that a client can bring to the hotel in order to make the space we offer their own.
Favorite thing about living on Cape Cod: I love the sense of community that the Cape has to offer, the many restaurants to dine at, and of course all the beautiful natural scenery. There's nothing like having a beach fire at sunset with your friends and family!
Favorite hobbies: Running, traveling, finding new restaurants and activities in the area, and spending time with my friends, family, and dogs!
Amanda Rosenthal, Conference Services Manager
Amanda brings more than eight years of experience in the hospitality industry to the Sea Crest Beach Hotel. She is passionate about planning events and making each client's experience seamless and personalized to make their event with us memorable. Her background in Front Office, Food and Beverage, and running events as a Banquet Manager with the Fairmont, Hyatt, and the Sea Crest in years past, gives her a wide array of knowledge and experience to be able to provide top notch service to our guests.
Favorite thing about event planning: I love bringing someone's vision to life and seeing an event come together after months of planning. Each event is different and exciting and it is so rewarding to see all of the details play out seamlessly.
Favorite thing about living on Cape Cod: I just moved to Cape Cod, and love driving by all the beaches and golf courses on my way home, and also eating lobster at the Flying Bridge on a week night with all of the tourists. I really feel like I am on vacation year-round!
Favorite hobbies: Exercising, doing yoga, traveling, drinking Iced Caramel Machiatto's, and going to the beach.

Lauren Tyler, Revenue Manager
Lauren has been with the Sea Crest Beach Hotel for over five years. Lauren's knowledge of the hotel's property management system, online booking channel, and inventory management makes her a pivotal associate for the onsite Management team. Lauren is responsible for managing over $11 million of group sleeping room revenue annually. She is solely responsible for creating group rates in our hotel's PMS as well as online, managing group cutoff dates, entering rooming lists and making all necessary changes in a timely manner. Lauren handles all group room nights totaling over 28,000 in 2017. Lauren also acts as our on-site reservation manager while also booking small room blocks. She has tested the waters in many departments including the Front Desk, Reservations, Group Management, Conference Planning, and finally Sales.
Favorite thing about sales: Working with a strong, motivated sales team and making strong connections with clients and guests.
Favorite thing about living on Cape Cod: Sunny days on the beach and exploring all of the beach towns that the Cape has to offer.
Favorite hobbies: Traveling, reading, and visiting with friends and family.

Christine Wilson, CMP, Senior Sales Manager
Christine has been with the Sea Crest Beach Hotel for six years starting as the Director of Catering & Conference Planning until moving over to Group Sales back in March 2016. With a degree in hotel, restaurant and travel administration along with a background in banquets, conference planning and catering, Christine brings more than 19 years of experience to the Sea Crest. Christine's nickname at work is "Smiley," and is referred to as the "detail queen." Christine handles the majority of Sea Crest Beach Hotel's corporate market.
Christine attained her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) Designation from the Convention Industry Council in January 2007. She is a member of the Cape Cod Young Professionals and also a member of the local Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce and Falmouth Chamber of Commerce.
Favorite thing about event planning: I love working with both old and new clients and making that personal connection with each of them. It’s rewarding to see an event come full circle from start to finish.
Favorite thing about living on Cape Cod: I have lived on the Cape since I was two years old. My immediate family is all here. I love being able to live in a vacation destination and truly enjoy the summers on Cape Cod.
Favorite hobbies: Cooking, boating, walking the dog, spending time with my husband and traveling on vacation.
