First Course

  • Butter poached lobster claw, Swiss chard ala crème, crispy fritter
Paired with
  • Stellina di Notte Pinot Grigio, Delle Venezie, Italy (Citrus blossom and fresh rain emanate from the glass followed by honeydew, golden apple and a bite of kiwi. These delicate flavors are well balanced by a nice weight of tropical fruit across the palate.)

Second Course

  • Frisee and red oak lettuce, pickled artichoke, candied tomatoes, white balsamic
Paired with
  • Whispering Angel, Cotes de Provence Rose, France (Hints of white peach, mango and white cherry.)

Third Course

  • Braised veal cheek, celery root remoulade, whipped potato, Shropshire blue cheese
Paired with
  • Meiomi Pinot Noir 2017, Monterey County, Sonoma and Santa Barbara County (A rich garnet color with a ruby edge, opens to reveal lifted fruit aromas of bright strawberry, and jammy fruit, mocha and vanilla, along with toasty oak notes. These flavors lend complexity and depth to the palate.)

Fourth Course

  • Three-chocolate hazelnut crunch parfait

  • Ruffino Prosecco, Veneto Italy (Fine bubbles, clean notes of citrus, pears and apple.)
